How to Use Preorder Email Templates to Improve Communication?

Email templates are an essential feature as they automate the communication process between you and your customers. They ensure that both you and your customers are informed about preorder activities, providing a seamless and professional experience.

1. Go to Bright Plugins > Pre-orders settings. In the Email Templates tab, in this version, we will have 2 templates available.

New Preorder – Admin
Purpose: This email template is used to notify the admin whenever a new preorder is made.

Preorder Confirmation – Customers
Purpose: This email template is sent to customers to confirm that their preorder has been successfully placed.

2. By clicking on the desired email template, you will see the fields to edit in a very intuitive manner.

Thus, you will see the fields to edit according to the necessary situation.
