Purchasing Bright Vessel product(s) implies that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify or change the current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
Bright Plugins is owned and operated by Bright Vessel. Please carefully review and be sure you understand our Terms and Conditions before downloading or using any of the materials or products from brightplugins.com. This Agreement contains disclaimers and other provisions that limit our liability. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not access, browse, or use this site. Your continued use of this site indicates that you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, as they are amended.
1. Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances shall Bright Plugins be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising out of use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
2. License
Our digital products are created for WordPress, an open-source software released under the GNU public license.
2.a Duration of the license and renewal
Each license is valid for one year from the date of purchase unless specified for one month. An accurate and valid license key is required to have access to updates, support, and downloads for the purchased products.
2.b Software updates
Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license key, updates are delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. Otherwise, updates can be downloaded from the My Downloads page in your account area on our site.
2.c Support services
Support for purchased extensions is given up to one year after the purchase date. If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license key, purchase Priority Support access, or purchase a new license for the extension you wish to get support for.

See our Refund Policy for the full details. In short: yearly products are refundable in full within 30 days of purchase, monthly products within 14 days.
3. Product subscriptions and automatic renewals
Bright Plugins products come with a yearly license that renews automatically every year. This applies to all paid products. You can disable the automatic renewal at any time after the purchase right from the My Account page, so you will not be charged next year.
- Product subscription renewals are automatically processed annually on the same date as your first purchase, and remain valid for one year unless canceled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. From the moment your license expires, you will no longer receive updates or support for the product purchased.
- The renewal price will be the full plugin price as published at the time of your first purchase, exclusive of any discounts.
We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email one month before the renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
You may not provide direct or indirect access to our content or downloads, resell, share, or publish Bright Plugins subscription credentials or access, nor make Bright Plugins plugins available for public download in ways that violate the terms of the GPL 2.0 license. Do not infringe on any intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel your subscription and revoke membership access for any reason we deem appropriate.
4. Ownership and liability
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. You may not resell, share, or publish subscription credentials or access.
5. Warranty
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that products will work in all browsers or with all versions of WordPress, nor compatibility with any additional third-party plugins, scripts, or applications.
6. Updates
Product updates are available to customers who have made a purchase and have an active license. Products are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, and we are committed to doing our best to keep them compatible with future releases.
7. Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our products to fit your specific needs. You may remove our credit links with the understanding that all files utilized must retain their respective licenses.
8. Payments
All payments are handled using PayPal or Stripe.
9. Delivery
After we have successfully received your payment, your product information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to one hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this period, contact us through our website. Immediately after purchase, you can also access purchased products from your account area on our site.
10. Price changes
Bright Plugins reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change our product prices individually at any time without prior notice.
11. Photos copyright info
Our products do not come packaged with any image. You are responsible for adding your photos. Images used in our product demos are purely for demonstration purposes, are licensed, and should not be saved, copied, or redistributed in any way.
