Introduction:
With PDF invoice , you can customize PDF invoices and packing slips according to your needs.
Installation and Initial Setup:
- Step 1: Install and activate the plugin.
- Step 2: Go to PDF invoice >> PDF Invoice and Packing Slips >> Settings.
Basic Configuration:
- Deactivate the invoice or shipping label as needed.
- Edit your store information: name, logo, tax ID, and footer.
Advanced Features:
Address and Sender Configuration:
- Complete store and sender details: address, city, postal code, country, and contact.
Other Settings:
- PDF Viewing: Choose to open the PDF in a new window or direct download.
- Taxes: Include or exclude taxes in the documents.
Invoice Settings:
- Disable Invoices: Choose which statuses to disable invoices for.
- Invoice Number: Configure the format, starting number, suffix, and prefix.
Customize Shipping Labels:
- Activate the necessary fields for your store’s shipping labels.
